  • @ikebanaJc Once you loose the neutral spine, i.e. you are holding it with your abs basically, you are doing it too long and with broken down form. So just hold it until you feel that arch in your back breakdown. If you keep trying to hold it sloppily after that you will get more pain. So if you can just hold it for 15 seconds at first try to do it 4-5 times a day for 15 seconds and then work your way up to a minute

  • I have Lordosis and trying this is actually giving me lower-back pain and giving me more of an arch.
