India is not "concerned" about instability in Bangladesh-- it's a co-conspirator in it! Just like Mujibur Rahman conspired with India in the 1960s and helped split Pakistan so that he could gain absolute control as a dictator with his own private army.
Now his daughter is again conspiring with India to destroy the Bangladeshi army-- which is the true keeper of order in Bangladesh and what stands in her way of making a dynasty and dictatorship.
