Benedict Popescu from Romania ? That's me. I discovered the theremin in 1999, while in England, and played it with great pleasure since. Here you can listen to the "voice" of my home-made theremin. The most beautiful piece of music ever composed, Ave Maria by Schubert, is a "promo" for my recently recorded CD entitled "Close To Angels". The scenario was written by myself and the movie was recorded using my camcorder Sony DCR-VX 2000E. Please take this video as an imaginary trip to... angels. I hope you will enjoy. Orchestral arrangements are by George Natsis and the soprano voice belongs to Elena Bican.
