This vid pretty much proves that Arnold had GREAT GENETICS! Even with the limited training methods, nutrition, supplements, etc. that existed at the time, he still created a phenomenal physique! He was truly the last of the "hard men" of the sport.

wow im 18... he puts me to shame...

so thats really what it comes down to people, the more you want something, the harder you will work for it, the same applies in a fight, the more you want to survive and win, the better chance you have, where as if you dont have that inner will to fight and win, you'll most likely lose the fight, you could get a top martial artist who wants to show off his skills, but then some tramp, but the tramp wants to win so badly more than the MA, its like you gotta be hungry more than the other man

@KataNight yes 2 years ago and fuck me i still havent started!! see what i mean lol its easy saying these things but actually sticking to it is so tough.. but then again, you have to really want it, and i guess i dont want it that bad, where as arnie did, i still look a lot better though, not as big as arnie, but im happy with the way i look now, but its so true what they say, the harder you work, the better the reward, but im satisfied how i look right now, where as arnie wanted more

i'm 22 now and i can't believe it.
i feel cheated, i can't get back those 4 years of my life i let go to waste, doing nothing. but i can try like hell to make up for it. Rome wasn't built in a day, Arnold built himself up over as many years. i'll be 23 soon.

200lbs (90kg) to be exact. But yeah, 98% of the people in the gym would not be able to handle that weight, not even for 1 rep whilst doing the limbo dancer. Arnold is using the cheating method, but he's in full control of the barbell, evidenced by the cadence & ballisticity his elbow joint is working the full range of motion.
Normally strongmen, Powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters can train with that weight for reps.

man... im 20 now lol... i wish i looked like him. Still if i start now with HARD work.. i reckon i could look like him there in about... 5 to 8 years... but thats a fuck load of time and hard work.... anyone can say what i just said but its actually doing it thats the hard part right? Still thats what made Arnie a champion, he always went and carried on going to the gym to pump iron, hes a great insperation to us all, a role model for me.
