World Business: Every autumn thousands of people make the trek to the moors of Scotland and Northern England to indulge in some grouse shooting. The sport has had its ups and downs over recent seasons due to dwindling numbers, but this year the grouse are back in good numbers and so are the shooters that form a vital contribution to remote rural locations.
