Night elf hunter Nataliah does battle with High Priest Thekal and his minions. Even with adventurers spending the majority of their time in Northrend, Thekal is still relevant because he can drop the epic Swift Zulian Tiger (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=19902). Unfortunately the mount did not drop this attempt, and I am actually still working on it.
The spec I used is a very unusual beast mastery spec (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=cVbhzggRwuhest0eMb). It focuses on pet survivability instead of dealing damage, so it won't be very useful for raiding. However, it's pretty much mandatory to have this kind of spec to do the fight with, especially without the tier 5 set bonuses, which I did not have. I used a gorilla obviously and with this spec (http://www.wowhead.com/?petcalc=0u0G0rGzbko).
The key to this fight is keeping Mend Pet up constantly. You will be silenced and blinded throughout the fight so it's imperative that you refresh Mend Pet often or else Mend Pet might wear off while you are controlled. This fight is not a DPS race so do not be stingy with mana. Try to refresh Mend Pet at three second intervals (an addon that times the duration helps greatly here). This is because you want your pet to take a tick of healing before you refresh Mend Pet and reset the timer.
The other thing to watch out for is Zealot Lor'Khan's heals. Her heal takes a long time to cast and heals for a large amount of health. I do not think a beast mastery hunter is able to interrupt it with Intimidation, although I have not tried. To counteract her heal, keep Viper Sting active on her. Without mana she will be unable to heal. It is okay to let her get off a heal, as it does take a while to fully drain her mana. Stay calm and focus damage on the troll she healed to equalize their health.
When you burn down all three trolls and phase two begins, the fight becomes very easy. Damage output is much lower and there are no more silences and blinds. Keep your back to the wall to minimize the knockback. You can reach the boss without aggroing any mobs, and dying because of bad positioning and adds after having gotten this far can be a real bummer.
I used no consumables except for one bandage, which if you look at my health by the end of the fight, was not needed, although it is better to be safe than sorry. Also, this fight was done prior to the 3.0.8, before hunter and pet damage was reduced. None of the changes affect pet survivability, however, so the fight is still doable. It will just take a little longer and pet threat is less lenient.
My UI is not for upload so please don't ask. I can give a list of addons I use but I will not upload settings or anything of the sort. Sorry!
It has been awhile since I made a video and I wound up forgetting the settings I used to make them. The video is stretched a little horizontally so I apologize for that.

HOw can i interrupt the priest heals as a survival hunter? Thx

I don't think you can as a survival hunter. You can try scatter shot but chances are the boss is immune. Your best bet is to drain the priest's mana as I have done.
