Sometimes it doesn't change back to HIDDEN until either the target is dead or you go to a LARGE distance (more than a kilometer, entering/exiting a building/level doesn't count).

that is true but you have to remember that you can just sit there and wait for it to be under the HIDDEN status again

its not an exploit but it is hilarious how cheap it is. especially with a melee weapon or slinced weapon. because you stay in caution and unless they touch you you dont go into danger.
