@hawkn47 results in your first year. After your first year, you can modify the lifts, and increase the intensity of the program to continue getting great results, or you can move on. I did P90X for 3 years, and got awesome results with it. 135 to a consistent 166 pounds is awesome.
For both you and I to continue getting great results, you should eventually take it to a gym. Tony Horton even recommends eventually doing a new program.
Ey man quick question. I'm 16 right now and I weight 125 pounds. I want to get cut but not too buff (you know?) but i dont know how to work out at the Gym. Should I do p90x (the whole thing) or should I go of and do something else?

@crmonkey123 If you would like to get cut, the P90X program is made EXACTLY for you. Just follow P90X exactly as it is, including the diet, and you will get amazing results. Following my adjusted P90X plan would not be a good idea in this case, as my adjusted plan is for those trying to bulk up.
