I don't recommend P90X for the commission. I recommend P90X because it works. If you're a noob who is looking to build muscle, it doesn't get any easier than doing what the guys on the TV tell you to do. P90X eliminates guesswork, and allows you to focus on the things that will give you real results.

Look it up. Keeping your body in an Alkaline state is extremely important if you're going to build muscle, and burn fat. Shakeology is an easy way to get in all of your vegetables in one little shake.

If you're interested in getting into the best shape of your life, while also helping others do the same, then you should consider starting a Beachbody business. A lot of people think you can't build muscle with P90X. People need to realize that if you modify the program, YOU CAN build muscle with the P90X program. Building muscle is really simple. Although it takes consistency, the key is to eat at a caloric surplus, lift weights, and rest. If you can do these three things, you can build muscle with P90X.

  • Ey man quick question. I'm 16 right now and I weight 125 pounds. I want to get cut but not too buff (you know?) but i dont know how to work out at the Gym. Should I do p90x (the whole thing) or should I go of and do something else?

  • @crmonkey123 If you would like to get cut, the P90X program is made EXACTLY for you. Just follow P90X exactly as it is, including the diet, and you will get amazing results. Following my adjusted P90X plan would not be a good idea in this case, as my adjusted plan is for those trying to bulk up.

  • Daaamn kid that's some fucked up shit. Yea man I already downloaded your ebook alot of good info in there I got a video of my first 30 of p90x too. And I give out some credit to you on there too man but i appreciate all that good info in your book

  • @hawkn47 results in your first year. After your first year, you can modify the lifts, and increase the intensity of the program to continue getting great results, or you can move on. I did P90X for 3 years, and got awesome results with it. 135 to a consistent 166 pounds is awesome.

    For both you and I to continue getting great results, you should eventually take it to a gym. Tony Horton even recommends eventually doing a new program.
