Cat seizure, Feline Vestibular disorder what day 5 looks like

Part two... five days into recovery. Wobbly, some nystagmus, head tilt, sorry about my loud sound... turn your sound down to avoid my silly calls to the pets....

I hope she gets better... a video would be a great idea to post so that you can show to others and somebody may recognize it as FVD or something else. You never know! The wonder of the internet!! Good luck, I'll be interested in seeing it myself!

Sorry to hear about your kitty. Did you mention Vestibular to your vet? Not all of them are familiar with it. If it's vestibular, your cat should get better, slowly. Rylei will always will have head tilt and doesn't look completely 'normal' but he functions just fine! Took him about 2 months to get to how he is today? Maybe 3. Not sure. I hope your cat has vest. and not something else as she will recover. I hope this helps. Do you have video of your cat to show??

No medications help at all. Just kept him in a crate with lots of soft things, etc.

@ngtrans I think my cat may be going through this now. What did you do to treat it? Is there medicine or anything? She's staying over night at the vet now. She also has thick blood so they're saying she may have a tumor, bone marrow problem, cancer...every horrible thing you could think of. Was it the same for you?

My Spunky had this a few years ago and he is pretty much back to 100%. I am so glad my vet recognized it and helped us get through this. The encouraging thing is that once they have had it , per my vet, it does not recur.

my cat of 11 years suddenly had a seizure and now has a bit of trouble with co-ordination and walking properly.. we took her to the vet and they said she has a brain tumor and should be put down.. should i look and getting another opinion?

My cat had a seizure and died. Fucking petco sold us a cat with herpes.
