At the time of this posting, (June 2011) Dead Rising sessions occur weekly on Tuesday and Thursday nights (URL above).

Dead Rising is the modern day embodiment of one of the coolest zombie apocalypse survival scenarios known to man... being locked in a mall with the undead population of an entire town. It's a sondbox-esque adventure whose story can be as involved (or uninvolved) as the player wants. There are multiple endings that depend on whether or not you pursue the "truth" of what's going on, and a slew of survivors that you can attempt to escort back to the safe room while you investigate.
I, being a huge zombie fan anyway, think that this is probably one of the most awesome games in recent memory. Once I finish this, I'm going to go for Dead Rising 2 and see how they evolve the concept!
