@SV9878 If it is a genuine miracle, it would not be a matter of personal belief or religion as to wether something happened or it did not. There would be unquestionable empirical evidence to prove the former. I have known of this practice since encountering it during a John Wimber conference in 1988. It was debunked years ago,so I am surprised that it has made a remarkable reappearance through such initiatives as Healing In The Streets.

You dont need faith to do this - only a chair.

Can I just say that I have contacts were there and who know that women, and she is fine and her legs werent the same length at the start but they are now after the healing and praying, that did happen. So the lord can do things that you may not or may believe. Its all down to your religion. But personal I think this is real, but its up to you if you believe or not.

Just watch the line of dots on the carpet as a grid. The 'healer' is basically alligning the legs to give the impression that the 'short' one is growing. Also note that at the beginning of the session that Frances is leaning back in the chair,but then leans forward. This moves her body forward and hence the appearance of growth. This is an old carnival trick and is also used by the most disreputable TV evangelists. Give it up Mark Marx !! its not real.

More than likely, she wore normal pants since it was only an inch or so of difference. You wouldn't be able to tell by the pant length. It's so sad to see people so unwilling to believe. On Judgement Day, they will see Whose hand they covered their eyes to. Thank You Jesus for showing your power to us! You "hide yourself from the wise and intelligent, but reveal Yourself to the babe." Amen.

jn545 is right that this kind of thing is easy to fake if one was so minded. HOWEVER I have met the participants in this video, seen similar healings myself and had many healings take place in response to prayer (e.g. from toothache, mumps, arthritis, liver trouble, and a girl who was given two weeks to live, still alive 10 years later). You don't have to believe this clip, but healings are taking place through prayer all the time wherever people put their faith in Jesus.
