he's kinda mean though like i live in florid and go to tons of rays gamesz and never does he come over to sign qutographs or anything

its called a ground rule double(note the scoreboard, 2B GR). Means the ball is out of play, it's because it bounced up and went over the main wall, even though it bounced back in it's considered out of play. Crawford has to stop at second base.
Hope that clears up any confusion.
