Cost really depends on your nose, the expertise of the plastic surgeon and the city you are looking into getting the surgery done. In NYC or Beverly Hills, a rhinoplasty can cost $15000-$30,000 if done by a Rhinoplasty Specialist. In some areas an average plastic surgeon or ENT surgeon may do a nose job for $3000. I would recommend you not let any average plastic surgeon do your rhinoplasty and seek someone with a practice dedicated mostly to Rhinoplasty.
