  • back in the 30s that was the only way to generate that kind of wind.

  • nothing created by the hands of mankind can withstand the power of the natural world at its worst. Even heavy reinforced concrete can be twisted, blown out and literally torn apart by raging wind. This movie has the best practical wind effects ever. They mounted huge airplane engines onto frames to create this.

  • Someone please upload this wonderful movie!!! Please!!

  • I was just thinking about this movie when I heard Hurricane Irene was going to New York City and New England. My prayers go out to the people affected by the hurricane.

  • this is an amazing film this storm scene is so realistic that you think you can almost feel the wind.
