what army dase chaos-dwarfs count as chaos or dwarfs or maby even elfs??

They count as Chaos Dwarfs, they have their own army list, which you can find on Games Workshop's website in a PDF format.

For green stuff it also helps to keep your hands wet and keep the green stuff moist so you don't get fingerprints in the finished product.
