  • A wonderful way to sow the seeds of compassion in children. I was surprised at the elaborate costumes and long programme. These ABCs brought their unique blend of energy and sense of "freedom" to Chinese tradtional art. You have to laugh at the barely controlled frenzy and improvisation. It can only happen in America. Well done kids, you made us proud.

  • Hi CM, thanks for watching! Yes, it was so much fun to watch kids dance! Sabrina (5) was the youngest girl in the group and she was the one who really amused us with her 'improvisation'! Check out our video of 'Little Bird Dance' and you'll find another reason of laughing out loud!

  • Linda,

    Nice chinese dance (memories ..memories..)

but I can not help smile as they are so AMERICAN in their dancing!! I know you know what I mean.

  • Hi Steve(blueyoyi), thanks for watching! You are right! Almost all of the kids in the video were born and raised in the United States!

  • I have identified your 2 girls after a 2nd look. Nana is in a green top and Vivian is in a long red dress. Nana made it up as she went along, always a fraction behind the beat, self-correcting her position without even the hint of a blush. She was the baby and stole the show with her unauthentic and eye-opening moves. Vivian's group did a lovely dance; I esp. like the rising from the floor part. They could not have much time to rehearse after the quake, but did well. Love, from Auntie CM

  • thanks for everything you did,lovely children=]

  • Fantastic Vivian and company!!

  • Wow! Well done to the children and for raising so much money :)

  • Magnifique, great moment.

  • What a way to help out, with such a treat for the audience! 5/5 (^^)v

  • beautiful

  • Very well done! - Marvellous, the performance

and the fund-raising!The children did incredibly well to memorise such a long dance!... (This performance brings back memories of happy concerts of my college students in Nanyang N.U.,Henan!..They loved

    to dance,too...)

We are full of admiration for the way the Chinese people - in China and all over the

world - have responded to the devastating

earthquake. I say once more: Wo ai ni, Zhong Guo!

    God Bless you all!
