In Dade City: 4yr Old Boy Admits To Killing A Man For $4 Dollars!
Investigators believe Larry is responsible for shooting and killing 31-year-old Agustine Hernandez around 1:40 a.m. Saturday. Investigators say Larry was armed with a .45 caliber handgun when he saw Hernandez standing along Oak Street in Dade City. The arrest report says Larry approached him, opened fire, and then ran home. The next morning, Larry told deputies he rode his bike to a lake where he claimed to have thrown the murder weapon. According to Sheriff's office records, Larry has been arrested before on minor misdemeanors, but no violent crimes. Now he is accused of first degree murder.
