no, but you can navigate to a "now playing" menu, or if you pass that particular song, it will have that "playing" icon next to it.

does it have the now playing song on the side of the screen when you go on different menus?

I have an 80 GB Ipod Classic and I have on it Alien vs Predator,300,Live free or die Hard,cartoons,and MANY videos from youtube and trust me it looks AWESOME.

yeah anyday it says the zune can do wifi but not for podcasts only to give songs to ea other but wait! losten to the song 5 times and u have to pay for it or delete it and its only supported by wma sound unlike the ipod supports about 12 different video formats so if u download a vid from youtube just put it on ur ipod reeal quick dont even have to wait to conver because it already is and jsut play it, hey its not only a music player its for videos too@!
