happens to me alot...i get em everywhere...including my head -_______-

I have the same exact thing in the same exact spot right between my thumb and my index finger. It's random but I notice it more at night when I'm winding down and relaxing and I have it in both hands in the same spot it's weird. Sometimes It's just in one hand others it's both and the episodes can last from several seconds to 15-20 min. on a bad day.

I do drink a lot of soft drinks but always have since I was a kid and I'm now 37 and this just recently started within the last couple of months.
