i really dont think this song means much i know that the title is touettes as in tourette syndrom and i know Kurt was really into medical stuff as you can see with the whole album in utero but yeah thats probubly why this song is called that kurt never was into deep meanings he just wanted to rock

kurt was just screamin'. there is one syndrome called tourette's syndrome. it is syndrome which causes motoric malfuntions ( tics , scary facial expresions) and voice malfunctions (screaming , coughing , cryin etc.). he made it becouse he was probrably angry or something. definitly whitout message or story , just for screaming

I've got In Utero on CD. The lyrics are "Culk, tisk, sips." and Kurt does NOT say any of those words, WTF?
-
He is obviously comparing the tourettes disorder to Courtney. The unpredictablility of the relationship. How Kurt was unhappy and how he could just snap at any moment. This made him sad therefore the "we all want something fair". He wants peace for the world what an activist. Kurt surely was a saint.......or he's just singing about nothing hahaha

such passion, such anger, so kick ass! we love and miss you Kurt :(

@mrcrowley951 I know. That's why I said what I said. I don't believe it's about Courtney or whatever.
Or maybe it's just Kurt screaming like a lunatic without it having to mean anything.
