Pretentious plot, but if you're into visuals and classic horror cliché scares, its delish. The old man scene still creeps the hell out of me, but is still totally fuckn' awesome. The special fx team must have had fun making this movie.

The boy died in the Womb because apparently HER Umbilical Cord wrapped around HIS throat and now he wants revenge because she didn't give him a chance to live. I'm pretty sure thats what happened.
