Title 26 and the 16th amendment are for corporations and those involved in foreign commerce but NOT the average American. And if you can prove there is an income tax law for the average American, then go and collect the $50,000 award posted in USA today by Bill Conklin! It's been 10 years and no one's won the award because THERE IS NO LAW! The only phoney tax scheme is the IRS itself. Obligation is not the same as law requiring you to pay tax.  We pay file/pay yearly income tax out of fear of unlawful imprisonment. END THE FED.

My question is how to go about stopping them! Sure we can say theres no Law all day, and I agree. But I feel like they're becoming more pushy now days. they have made new regulations n crap that force microstock agencies to withhold taxes some even go as far as not giving you your earned commissions unless you fill out an IRS form! And this is happening with almost all of them now. so far only site i know of atm that doesnt do that is canstockphoto because they're in canada. (cont)
