  • How did you get to take video?? they are very strict in NYC about no pics or video!

  • @david2407 This was at the Exploreum in Mobile, Al. and I didn't have any problem at all. There were no signs telling me I couldn't and no one stopped me. Weird that they won't let you take pics or video in NYC.

  • @MsMercury Yea,,in NYC they made an announcement before admiting you in that if they saw anyone taking pics or video, they would ask them to delete it on the spot.

  • @VillarbaDye You are correct. Oh and to the comment that Blanchey85 made: these are the actual body casts.

  • @chemicalr0mance They did not move any bodies, cause there were no bodies left. What they did was fill the empty holes found in the volcanic deposits with plaster that produced produced remarkable casts of the victims of the eruption.

These are not their actual bodies, so no disrespect.

  • @Azishome They died unexpectedly but not horribly. The pyroplastic flow was faster than the speed of sound: they didn't have time to suffer.

  • If my body made the same end, I couldn't care less if in 1900 years time people would stare at it.

  • @chemicalr0mance How else are you going to be able to pay respects to them? They died unexpectedly and horribly. Most or all of the people who knew them also died. We are the ones to honor and mourn them. It is our responsibility to give them a respectable place in history.

  • @pivotdudeLMNOP BULL CRAP

  • @Blanchey85 wrong they have the actuall bodie casts at pompeii and in meusems
