@urethaneguy He's not cheap he's a friend of my highschool coach and has given us all discounts. I bought my new ball through him and he's fixed any problem I've had for free!

I admire your DIY spirit, especially the quarter scale built out of foam core, but at least buy a bevel knife! Files and rasps aren't even for wood any more! Must feel like gripping a cheese grater...

@Termite700 It's probably not even round any more. The Columbia logo is half sanded off the ball. Not exactly conducive to OOB reaction. :)

This ball has been plugged and drilled so much, I think little reaction from the original coverstock exists.
