wow.... to me I wonder whats safety person think about this. 1. bottle stack too high 2. I think the driver are not wearing safety glasses 3. Pallet need shrink wrap better. I dont know. just my opinion. Everybody make mistake.

Shrink wrap needed and wood slats dividing the bottles into sections. Not loosely stacked on cardboard squares.

At 1:25 it was a lose/lose situation with the forklift driver being pelted by exploding empty bottles every second.

funny how after breaking all those bottles, the driver simply goes to the next stack of bottles and drives off casually...
