Homelite 2 Cycle Generator

Heres a little 1.5KW Homelite generator I picked up at an auction in August 2010.
805ROADKING and myself went out, this is the same auction where he got his big Fuller and Johnson.
I always liked these Homelites and this is he first one I have owned.
Definately a project.

You mean like open up the back and fit a modern one inside the can, that would be pretty slick!

Turns out the original was good, just after I put the video up I went out and finished up the mag, has nice blue spark.

i have a water pump similar to this you are showing and i cant seem to get a spark in my plug at all but it will jolt you when you pull it over i cleaned and gaped the points and mine look way better than yours i dont under stand my problem

@SmallEngineMechanic Yeah Buddy, That's stuffing. Alotta the goofy radio restorers do that!! You could also stick weld aluminum with the right rod!!☺
