What is your theory of change? --Jodie Tonita

Jodie Tonita runs ONE/Northwest's programming in BC. Since launching the Vancouver office in 2004, Jodie's passion for collaboration has seen her focus on movement building initiatives and bringing engagement strategy and tools to organizations across the region. She thrives in her role as a network weaver, supporting social change leaders to connect and build bridges.

Jodie brought 12 years of consulting experience in the private sector to bear on her work at ONE/Northwest. As a trainer, project manager, and IT manager Jodie has always been the communication bridge between people and technology.

On the not so professional side, Jodie can be found musing, riding a board, teaching yoga, engaged in politics, getting real and frolicking with her peeps.
