A short clip of the progression from non-backflipper to stationary bacflipper in 3 days with a couple of big prangs along the way. Crash course being the best description, i am still seeing double as we upload this clip.

awesome man. try to star standing up rather then chest down and rely more on the swing of your arms,and throw your momentum upwards rather then back. goodluck man

focus on jumping straight up. then tucking in. also, try not to bend down so much before you flip. :D good work thoug.

just as DaRussianz said, you should jump up, the more vertical u jump the better, and also, remember to always look in front of you, and soon as you spot your landing release, you will get a perfect landing
