A short clip of the progression from non-backflipper to stationary bacflipper in 3 days with a couple of big prangs along the way. Crash course being the best description, i am still seeing double as we upload this clip.
Some people develop wishbones where their spines once were - I think I broke mine today.

  • awesome man. try to star standing up rather then chest down and rely more on the swing of your arms,and throw your momentum upwards rather then back. goodluck man

  • just as DaRussianz said, you should jump up, the more vertical u jump the better, and also, remember to always look in front of you, and soon as you spot your landing release, you will get a perfect landing

  • when you do a backflip you want to jump up! then tuck your kness towards you !
