One of the earliest voidy skaters, he was so inventive and interpreted his music in such interesting ways. This is not his best performance by anymeans but notable for a triple axel right off the bat. It looks a tad 2footed and as Boitano is credited with the US's first triple axel by a man a year later in 1982 I'presume this wasn't recognised by the USFSA. Great attempt though - shame it seems to have an affect on the rest of his performance.
