before the ban 65% of pub clientell were smokers in comes the ban and that 65% were forced outside now four years post ban only 15% are allowing them selves to be treated like second class citizens the reason for these price hikes is not cheep supermarket booze the shops allways sold cheep booze and it did not affect the hospitality industry at all it is the plain point of fact that pubs are short of custom from what used to be there main source of coustom and that was the smoker

I'll support my local pubs again, when they start supporting me. Whilst I am forced by an unjustified law to stand outside to smoke, I'll just stay at home indoors thanks.

Let them all close, the one and only reason people use pubs less and less is that they charge too much!

I hope they do close and put breweries out of business and leave a wider market to cheaper more independantly run pubs!!
