Yes if you're on PAYG then 40035 is the automated service that you can dial to opt into the BlackBerry Internet Services.

Hi Jonald,

It’s a shame to see you’re having problems accessing your YouTube app on your phone.

As this has worked before with no problems, I recommend you delete the app, reboot your phone and then reinstall the app again.
