@cadaverock Community Policing is a huge part of what law enforcement stands for. Engaging the citizens with Police Officers helps to bridge the gaps between civilians and sworn... Oh and btw, CHP gets 100% of its funds from Registration Fees... Not tax dollars... But hey, have a nice day!

CHP stands for only one thing in my book: Conniving Helpless Perjurer. FUCK ALL WHO SERVE. Officers Erickson and Robinson plant evidence (fresno county) and Turnbuell is a instigator with his partner around, but when I ran into him at a Fresno Grizzley game he nearly ran away from me. HAHAHA, if any officer I ever dealt with wants to fight about it please let me know. I beat the fuck out of an off duty sheriff's officer when I was a bouncer. To do that to a CHP is a dream come true! *TURNBUELL*

Raising police awareness, demonstrating to the public what the local law enforcement is capable of, and connecting with the community is actually a good thing... well, worth the tax dollars imo =\ (btw, awesome driving)
