Jagr already played in Russia, so its more comfortable to go to his homecountry from Russia + he recieves 6 or 7 million USD a year (tax free), which Rangers could not afford!

@TheRockChamp its not tax free... name me 1 country that doesnt have taxes. and yeah he probably gets more money there but if he wants to play with the best he should be in the NHL. not that i blame him though if hes more comfortable there id stay there 2
