Youtube Poop Tennis is a sort of YTP game where one person makes a poop, then another person poops that poop, then the person to make the first one poops the second, and the process repeats, usually up to 6 videos.

As for Tennis and YTPMVs together, there is a variant called Youtube Poop Soccer, but it plays rather differently then Tennis.
