@cicirunner Yeah I swam a little bit during the summer but nothing long. I'm actually a little over half way done with my xc season and after this I'll be training for a duathlon. The swim is definately the one I would have to work on.

@cicirunner I just lay in bed all day long. The only workout I can do is walk up and down the stairs, I guess it's better than nothing. Hope I get better fast because cross country season for my high school team starts soon.

@paywand12 So what are you going to be doing in the meantime to occupy yourself?
-
@tzual I sent you a message.

@cicirunner Thanks. Just got surgery yesterday. 2 weeks until I can start jogging and 4 weeks until I can do long distant runs.
I know this girl who went to college for xc and track and she's getting into tri's but she's actually stronger at the bike and the swim. It's probably because she kinda took off from the run after her eligability was up.

@beastmodetrevor Sounds like if she starts running again the rest of the world is in trouble. I feel like I've improved on my swim a lot, but there are no swimming races coming up for me to test myself.

can you please make a video about running posture. And how to run correctly. I train with my high schools varsity team but they all run correctly. I don't know what it is called but i think for foot or something but if you know can you please make a video.

@emopuppy123456789 The ideal foot landing when running is flat or slightly on your toes. I land on my heel most of the time, which isn't ideal, so I guess you could say I don't have great running posture either.
