Christian Bale is a pro, hes a great actor, he takes his work seriously and really gets in2 the part, this is wot real great actors r about, they take their work seriously and always bring 100% to the role. Trouble is Hollywood today dont expect such effort, all originality has gone from movies now, most actors today just bring their standard game to a film. Bale belongs in the 70s, 80s he wud hav had chance to do way better movies.

@TheRalphus666 Bale used to put on his American accent when he'd do behind the scenes stuff and interviews so as not to confuse the fans of those particular films. I think he's mostly stopped doing that, choosing to talk in his normal accent when not filming.

@mouloudo Christian being a child actor doesnt say nothing what so ever about him bieng spoilt, have you even ever saw Empire of the Sun!? lol. I think you like other people just only see his whole rant on the T: Sal set, and just put it dwn to him being spoilt. When you get it completely wrong, yes maybe he went abit over board there, but hes only human, every1 has their moments, and his just shows that hes a very serious actor that gets in2 the role, no matter wot the movie.

How bout comparing his role in the Machinist to his role in Warrior, or American Psycho to The Prestige, to Reign of Fire, to Metroland, to Velvet Goldmine, to Harsh times, to 3:10 to Yuma. Or how bout sum of his smaller roles, Tv series like Mary Mother of Jesus, Murder of Quality, Heart of the Country, Treasure Island, Anastasia Mystery of Anna. And bout him being child actor means nothing.

@RaikenXion one dimensional actor because he always plays the same... the character in equilibrium and his bruce wayne are the same for example... he's not johnny depp to compare him to another mainstream actor but one who can play everything... and a spoiled kid because of his behaviour probably related to the fact that he was a child-actor
