hi sarah
i have time only at night so is it okay that i exercise at night after 2 to 3 hours of taking my meal.will it have the same effect on my body as excersing in the morning?

i do ALOT of running but do ANY weights and thats what i think is what not letting me loose any more weight. So should i do some of the weight lifts everyday when just watching tv and after running? WIll running and weights about 5 days awake everyday keep weight off? WIll running and doing weights give me more of a toned body and also keep the weight off? thanks :)

eh i agree with what you said about when to work out but i'd like to add to that for anyone who reads this is that when you work out in the morning you do actually target more of your fat as energy as uposed to your body using what u ate as energy. Therefore by working out on a empty stomach you do target your actual fat on your body but with a cost. You don't work out with as much intensity due to the fact you don't have nutrients in your body. But losing weight morning is good but doesnt make

Wow alot of people turned in their exercise/weight profile on your page. That shows how much people think you can assist them, and that says alot about you and what you care about (health, diet, and exercise). I just want to say one other thing (you have an amazingly beautiful face. I love your cheeks) I am not making fun of you, I'm not. You have a really cute face. That is all.

haha thanks so much! I love this stuff! I'm going to be volunteering in Boston starting in March teaching a group of unconditioned inner city teenagers. I'm sooo excited. I never thought I could ever be so eager to work for free but I guess I basically do that here too on my channel.

what would reccomend for someone who is very self conscious about going running? as in what time of day, because i hate going when its dark!
