@thegreatcrates Nobody in this restore the republic movement is opposed to widespread participation of the population in the electorate process, one man one vote. What they are about is constitutionaly limiting what elected officials can do with that temporary majority.

@thegreatcrates Fascism is a merging of the state and corporate interest, mixed with belligerent foreign policy. You know like bailouts, government cap of what oil compagnies have to pay for oil spills, and so on. Constitutional republicanism is the exact opposite of facism.

@oblivion292 Democracy continues the pernicious trend of a ruling elite. Freedom is a new idea that has yet to fully manifest on a societal level. Democracy is where every couple years you get to vote for someone different to point a gun you.
