  • I'm just amazed every time I see your pulley system for the front wheel drive. :)

But ain't that derailleur a bit too much out? I mean it looks like the chain grabs very little on the cassette cogs.

In time, as the chain and cogs wear off it might tent to slip...

  • @yo6ial The system is very easy.

The jockey wheels are changed with ball beared TACX wheels.

The chain is running in the plastic pulleys, but the chain is not running on the plastic,

    it's running on a 5mm thick rubber O-ring.

The O-ring wear down, but that's a part for a few cents only!

The system of the cassette is much more easy.

In the 1st gear you'll have 32T and the maximum torque. Here are 14T under force!

In the 8th gear you'll have 11T and the minimum torque. Here are 5T under force!

  • Chris you really need to explore streamlining more, you can go so much faster, increases range with electric, trust me on this one.keep it low,put a door on it,check out Lit motors with its gyro stability, holds bike upright, software adjust to side winds common in some designs. You put so much effort, streamlining will take you to the next level.

  • @inagod I've got created a carbon-fiber-seat with a 120cm long tail fairing. I've a gain of 5% at the same pedal power! BUT, I don't post it here.... :o)

  • From the frame profile I thought you were going to go for a bigger wheel this time. Looks good for 100Km/h this time. Well done. :-)

  • @TheLiquidKnight Why should I take bigger wheels? The 20inch's are running very well! Faster I cannot ride with bigger wheels....

  • Chris

The 2nd pulley has to move to behind, at my bike ( Munzo and Munzo Tilting Trike) the 2 pulleys almost touch.

Only a few mm. between them

    succes !! Bram

  • You rock

  • Hi, you have done an extremely good work!

  • Lowracer forever!

  • Look at that bike... Se the fear in its headlight. It sees the grinder on the workbench and it's plugged in. It sees that evil grin on Chris' face...

Just in time for Halloween: SAW 8...
