look, all i'm saying is that there are much better guitarists out there. and as far as straight up shredding, you obviously jumped to conclusions by thinking that i only like shredding guitarists with no emotions. but actually, the exact opposite is true. i absolutely HATE pure shredders with no emotions, and i look for a lot more melody and songwriting in guitarists. i wrote my original comment 8 months ago, so my taste has changed. but listen to Altitudes by Jason Becker. thats true emotion...

I think all we're trying to say by good guitar player is that we love listening to them. that's it. It sounds great. Yes there is great guitar player out there fast & stuff... But this solo is just written beautifully and covered here beautifully ; lots of feelings. thats it... In the music matter, it isnt a question of good or bad, it is a question of "I like' or 'I dont like" ; u should know this already. Wake up man, musicians arent athletes.
