It's been about one year since South Sudan shut down its oil production as part of a bargaining tool used against its neighbour Sudan. Major oil fields such as Heglig lie close to the border and South Sudan relies on Sudan to transport the fuel it produces. Al Jazeera's Anna Cavell reports from Juba.
