  • I don't think they really care if they look sexy or attractive. The women percieve a flaw in themselves that they can't get rid of. It could be anthing but weight is easier to control than other things in life, so that's what they obsess over.

  • funny how the ad on this video is 'lose 11 lbs of fat in 1 month!'

  • i like him

  • @MrJotloo This video was beautiful. I love listening to John. Shut your ugly mouth and spread hate somewhere else lol

  • After watching this I don't feel like he even talked about eating disorders at all, he didn't even seem to know what he was talking about at all and all in all I found it very boring. Sorry.

  • I think you should mention that we men suffer from eating disorders too. I can talk with my own experience of not been well accepted in lots parts of my life cause I am over weight.

  • This nut does not respond to e-mails he doesn't like, he is totally unrelistic, and has his head up his behind. What a fool. Let him work like I do in a cirist unit. Mr. no meds. Ha.

  • @CanadiaNecro1 You cannot generalize and say "they". Eating disorders are extremely individual mental illnesses - the causes and cares are different for each woman/man.

  • hi docrot y your channel is blocked in saudi arabia i can watch your videos but cant watch your chanel

  • i struggled so horribly w/ an eating disorder.. it's, a..mental darkness, like a monkey on ur back .. you can't escape the negativity in ur brain.. i sometimes wanted to just disappear.. but..i feel that i was able to escape it to such an extent that I no longer obsess. I had a baby, and that was so much more worthwhile, worth the day, worth the effort.. and something snapped. i never let my body suffer again like that. and that was almost 17 yrs ago.. i was 21

  • @CanadiaNecro1

good point. it ISN'T about being sexy. it typically is about a perfectionist personality.. finding flaws in oneself and the constant comparison of oneself against others... Commercialism doesn't help, seeing "perfect" models can have seriously negative affects on suseptable (sp?) girls.. you begin to see ur imperfections asthetically and already perceive you have imperfections socially, intelligently and in the personality

  • As someone who has had an eating disorder in the past, I find this very acurate and very logical.
