If you look at it closly (0:14) the car came into contact the tandams which caused him to loos controll and fly into the steer tires of the truck.

Just another four-wheeler with his head up his ass, I am willing to lay money down on it that the driver of the car was yappin away on thier cell-phone.

If you notice the car is steering to the left even after the hit suggesting the first contact damaged his steering and it looks like he is deliberately steering into the truck but I doubt it. The trucker should not have tried to steer away it is big enough to counter the car weight with power steering and momentum -Artic truck drivers should never try to steer out of trouble keep it straight and brake hard.
