I agree that they are bought, of course, but they are also weak. They are weak because they are bought and bought because they are weak. Also I think when he said personality disorder, I dont think he meant like literally its in the DSM-IV or something. I think he was saying that there is widespread personality flaws amongst congressional democrats. It is about the money tho. Always.
