@EvanProductions2 almost everyone knows that a netbook Intel Atom processor is much slower than any Core based processor. The original Air's 1.6GHz processor was a Core 2 Duo and it scored over 2000 points on geekbench and compare that to a Atom based netbook which is as slow as my 9 year old Mac which scores 600 in geekbench.

Macbook Air... known to be the best laptop out there in this generation.. now... I totally agree on this. I had an older PC, thats called a Toshiba but it was old and whacked.. and the more you download some things on the Toshiba, the more it's going to harm your computer and make it much slower. I have had a Macbook Air for 2 years. I've been using it a lot and it's been running fast ever since I bought it in spring 2009. What the hell... the Macbook Air isn't an epic fail.

why sacrifice power and reliability for porability?

@vajksziget7a i have had my pc for 8 years and it runs every piece of software i have bought in those 8 yrs, final cut pro and final cut pro x is over priced only a fraction of editors use it, and yes at the moment i am forced to use final cut pro in college as i have been told its the best editing software on the market just because it was used on spiderman 3 final cut pro x is fucking retarded its the apple version of windows movie maker, where as avid studio if far better than fcp or fcpx
