How come when I explort from cinema 4d, my frame rate for the txt turns into 30 fps, when the whole time im working with 23? I went into the save options and changed it and rendered it out twice, but when I bring it back to AE it says 30 fps?

@2mancrewproduction By default AAE imports image sequences at 30fps so you have to change the frame rate in After Effects for the clip. In the Project Tab right click on your clip and select Interpret Footage > Main. From there you can change the frame rate to match your C4D settings. Also make sure your comp settings are correct as well.
