Gimp 2.6 adding brushes

yeah ill show you how to add brushes to gimp! also keep watching because i will show you have to save files as well

I put them into the folder and they went in ! 8D but they come out HUGE ! -_-

@ShadoodlePictures75 Some brushes are meant to be big, others like the lightning brushes I have can be small, medium, large, and huge. I reccomend the lightning and the blood splatter brushes. They're my favorites!

dammit i do everything i extract the brushes to the gimp folder "brushes" and then when i try to use those brushes in gimp it's like they don't even exist and it makes me mad the only brushes i can use r eyeshadow brushes witch i downloaded when i was watching "how to download brushes" video so if u know how to solve my fucking problem pls tell me

@wwefan2261 ok for starters please calm down. and you need to move the brushes from the folder into the "brushes" folder

Okay, when I click "extract" it just brings me to the folder. UGH. Helpp!!

ok so when you extract your brushes it takes you to the folder right? now find your GIMP folder then click brushes...open the brushes you extracted and copy paste them into the folder! open up gimp and there they are under your brushes! ^_^

im not sure exactly but you can get brushes from sites like deviantart or try to remember what the brush name was and google it
