Of all the sm fuzz competition entries i've seen this one is my favorite. The licks are tasteful (no pun intended) and the musicality is just spot on for me. Really smooth. Good job :D

@TheGrantCave try and think more melodically, think simpler, something you can sing.

@TheGrantCave Ive learnt licks in my time but they help you develop a sense of phrasing for yourself. This is all improv apart from that bendy lick which i adapted from something Robert Randolf played.

@TheGrantCave Hey, used a bit of pentatonic substitution. Try using the minor pentatonic a 5th away when playing in a minor or dominant key. Im using Dm pent there.
