Taking of Pelham - Releasing in Malaysia 23rd July 2009

Subway train Pelham 1-2-3 becomes the focal point of an audacious terrorist attack. Gunmen seize the train and hold its passengers and conductor hostage underground. The immediate reaction from the mayor on down is one of utter disbelief that anyone would be crazy enough to capture a train. Veteran NY transit cop Zachary Garber (Denzel Washington) knows better. Lead by the most callous of the captors, Ryder (John Travolta), the gunmen have planned everything down to the smallest detail. They demand a hefty ransom within an hour or they'll start killing hostages. While Gerber is leading negotiations one question looms heavy on his mind - with the gunmen and their hostages in a tunnel, surrounded by police on all sides, how can they possibly escape?
