@SNOBYMILLS the stalhelm was made in ww1 as it was one of the most protective helmets ever built.

@SNOBYMILLS the Germans used the helmets with the point on the top in the earlier years of the war but then used the more ww2 style helmets later on

Why is there a yank without a helmet on? I thought all the americans were equiped with helmets when they came in in 1917.

@nollac19 They started to use the helmets seen in the video when they found out the "pickelhaube" helmet was way to impractical. So learn your facts before you tell people to learn their facts...
